Warranty: APSource 1 year warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period. We handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf. Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days but before the warranty period has expired are only eligible for a replacement only. Replacement product does not renew the warranty period. When a product is found to be defective, APSource will cover the costs of shipping of the replacement part to the original purchaser. Warranty and UPS related claims may require authentication, but not limited to pictures, video, or shipment back to the manufacturer. Note: Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed. If the defective part is requested to be returned to the manufacturer, APSource will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back.
